Terms of Service & Anti-Fraud Policy

Last updated: September 2026 · Effective immediately for all registered users, publishers, and partners.

Strict Zero-Tolerance Anti-Fraud Notice:Any use of VPNs, Proxies, TOR nodes, automated bots, virtual device emulators, or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and monitored in real-time. Violations result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By creating an account, accessing the OFFCHECKADS offerwall, or interacting with any campaigns, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in rewarded campaigns and withdraw financial rewards.

2. Account Rules & Single Account Policy

One Account Per Person: Each individual user is permitted exactly one account. Creating secondary or throwaway accounts to claim duplicate rewards will lead to an immediate ban of all associated identities.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information upon registration and when requesting payment withdrawals.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your session.

3. Anti-Fraud & Traffic Quality Standards

OFFCHECKADS maintains partnerships with premier global performance marketing networks and direct advertisers. To protect advertiser budgets, the following practices are strictly forbidden:

❌ No VPNs, Proxies or TorRouting traffic through datacenter IPs or masquerading geographic location is blocked.

❌ No Emulators or Virtual OSCampaigns must be installed and completed on genuine physical mobile or desktop devices.

❌ No Scripting or Bot AutomationAutomated clicking, simulated keystrokes, or artificial interaction will be caught by telemetry.

❌ No Incentive TamperingUsers may not attempt to reverse engineer postback webhooks or submit forged completion tokens.

4. Attribution, Rewards & Payout Conditions

Rewards are credited only when an offer is completed in strict accordance with the campaign instructions and confirmed via Server-to-Server (S2S) postback by the third-party advertiser or provider.

Pending Status: Certain high-value offers undergo a mandatory clearance verification period (typically 24 to 72 hours) before funds move from Pending to Available balance.
Chargebacks & Reversals: If an advertiser revokes a conversion due to fraud, uninstallation within 24 hours, or non-compliance, OFFCHECKADS reserves the right to debit the rewarded amount from your wallet balance.
Withdrawal Thresholds: Withdrawals can be requested once your Available Balance meets or exceeds the minimum withdrawal tier stated on the withdrawal page.

5. Account Termination & Forfeiture

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete any account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe the account holder has breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent conduct. Upon termination for fraud, any accrued points, pending balances, or requested withdrawals are forfeited.
