1. Introduction

By accessing or attempting to integrate with Offcheck Ads, operated by Offcheck Ads, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an agency, network, or corporation, you declare that you have the lawful authority to bind that entity to these conditions.

2. Use of the Platform

The Offcheck Ads platform functions strictly as an operational conduit connecting performance traffic sources to verified advertiser campaigns. You agree to utilize the platform solely for lawful, professional media buying or publisher integrations. You must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system layout without explicit written consent from our security desk.

3. Account Responsibility

You assume total responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and postback secrets. You must immediately notify our operations team of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login endpoints.

4. Access and Approval

Offcheck Ads is a closed, vetted network. We reserve the absolute right to reject any publisher or advertiser application at our sole discretion, without providing specific rationale. Application to the platform does not guarantee campaign access or offer caps.

5. Campaigns and Offers

Advertisers supply the active campaigns loaded onto Offcheck Ads. While we continuously monitor network health, we do not guarantee the permanent uptime or continuous conversion logic of third-party landing pages. Any offer may be paused, capped, or removed entirely without prior warning depending on advertiser budgets or regulatory shifts.

6. Payments and Finance

Publisher payout schedules and advertiser billing cycles are established upon account creation. All financial metrics are calculated strictly using internal Offcheck Ads tracking data unless overridden by a mutually signed offline insertion order. Accounts flagged for suspicious traffic anomalies will have payouts temporarily halted pending a manual compliance review.

7. Acceptable Conduct

When participating in the network, you strictly agree not to:

• Generate fraudulent, mechanical, or bot-driven conversions.
• Deploy misleading advertising creatives or violate brand compliance guidelines specified on individual offer pages.
• Attempt to mask your traffic sources or manipulate referrer headers deliberately.
• Engage in aggressive email spam (CAN-SPAM violations) to promote platform links.

8. Intellectual Property

All structural designs, branding, operational logic, and native platform code belong entirely to Offcheck Media. The platform interface and API structures may not be scraped, copied, or reproduced. Partners are granted a limited license strictly to utilize the supplied tracking links and approved promotional assets.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Offcheck Ads be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your inability to access the platform, lost profits from paused campaigns, or tracking server disruptions.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Acceptable Conduct provisions of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to utilize provided tracking infrastructure will cease immediately.
